Before the holidays Year 5 and 6 students took part in the Mary Mills Netball Carnival and Jim Graham Rugby League Cup.
Congratulations to Year 5 & 6 students who represented our school at the Mary Mills’ Netball Carnival at Cairns on the 17th of September. We are so very proud of the effort and sportsmanship displayed by all of our students!
Year 6 played in the competitive division coming away with two wins, two draws and two losses. Year 5 had 5 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses in the apprentice division. We thank accompanying parents for their support and we are very grateful to past students Lucy and Stella who umpired tirelessly throughout the day!
Congratulations to our wonderful rugby league side who succeeded in winning the Jim Graham Cup before the holidays. We thank Mr Emmi and Mr Durighello for coaching the side and Mrs Chappel for Managing.
